Late 19th century, mark of James Deakin & Sons, Sheffield, baluster stem with urn form capital and three scrolling buttress arms, each capital with foliate bobeche and cut crystal bowl insert, all supported by an undulating triangular base having three mythological hippocampus figures cresting over pierced oak and acorn scrolled feet.

16 1/4 x 15 1/2 x 13 3/4 in.
