18th century, the first has an umber rim over diaper and fruit reservers, centered with an unusually naive interpretation of a roaring lion amid a leafy field, not signed. The second features a peacock waking atop a fence rail amid a lush garden, not signed.

Private Collection, Clarksville, Virginia The lion plate is mounted with a metal band; original aperture on the underside; tight hairline to the underside; edge chipping and edge hairline; the peacock plate has a long repaired hairline as well as edge chips.
