A Pair of Shibayama Whist Counters and Carved White Hardstone Monkey

Early 20th century, includes a hardstone carving of a monkey with baby monkey on its back (2 x 1 1/4 in.)(hole to underside of monkey) and two wooden whist counters with lacquered gilt and Shibayama style flowers, small ivory tokens inlaid with insects and birds (3 3/4 x 2 1/2 in.)(four tokens missing inlay).
