France, late 19th century, gilt bronze frame with twelve candle-lights, cut glass prisms and swags, pressed glass bobeches, marked to the interior of each bobeche as well as the interior center basin of the bronze fixture; together with a period carved and painted wood ceiling mount with iron hook.

From the Collection of William Hamlin, Garner, North Carolina Overall good condition and recently cleaned; scattered gilding loss and mellow patina to the bronze; later paint to the wood ceiling mount; some prisms with very small flea bite chips at metal mounts.
