Circa 1860, salt glazed stoneware with a slight ovoid form, shaped mouth over stamped "4" above a ring-turned throat, tall arched applied handle below which is the strong stamp "BOGGS & WOOD / SNOW CAMP / NC". Retains old corn cob stub.
