Salt glazed stoneware, of traditional one gallon size and form with flat rim and tapered body, the first: John Wesley Teague (1867-1916) stamped "J.W. Teague / Longleaf, NC" (extensive inner and outer upper rim scrapes and chips); the second: potted by JW's brother, Alexander circa 1910, stamped "A. Teague" (2 3/4 in.) (rim loss, other chips, base rim roughness).
