20th century, an enormously large porcelain charger hand painted in a Ming dynasty Persian export style with barbed rim with swirling waves, the center of the dish has serpentine floral blooms with leaves around two phoenixes having stylized long circular tails, the lotus style scrolling vine pattern continues to underside of plate encircling an unglazed foot.
