Boote & Sons, Liverpool; mahogany veneer, deal secondary, top with vertically veneered edge, two over four graduated cock beaded drawers, the frieze and drawer fronts all with high grade burl mahogany veneers, 3/4 reeded corner columns, flush sides, front reeded peg feet.
51.25 x 48 x 22 in.
A handsomely appointed chest with fine grade mahogany and well cast brass lion mask ring pulls.
Top with dark ring stains and tight shrinkage crack; old but later pulls covering original hole; no key.
