Qing dynasty (1644-1912), standing carved wooden figure with green robe having gilt roundels and a rank badge, jade style belt and wearing an official's hat, carved from a single piece of wood, inscribed to the left side of the base with six characters.

A long stress crack to back of figure from top of hat down to base; some other minor stress cracks; some carved loss to underside of base; figure may have previously held an item in their right hand, some general nick and wear to the surface; some scattered loss to paint and gilt, especially to top of hat and rank badge on chest.
