Circa 1978, patinated and enameled bronze over pewter, rectangular top and sides with diapered relief motif, four hinged doors with figures and horses in a walled courtyard with raised signature to the center right door at the bottom edge, divided and red painted interior, the right side with two shelves, the left side with a single fitted drawer with divided flatware interior over a single shelf, recessed feet in a stylized Greek key motif, the back in unfinished wood.

The American father & son duo dominated the design scene of the 1970-80s in New York City, creating pieces that work in both a traditional and modern setting. Their unique finishes were successfully accomplished through a burial technique with specific soils to acquire the correct patina and aged look. After the passing of Philip (father) in 1987, Kelvin (son) stopped production once all the previous commissions were completed.

Overall good condition; the right cabinet doors slightly rub together when opening/closing.
