British School (19th Century), Two Portrait Miniatures of Women

Watercolor, gouache, and graphite on cream paper, both unsigned, including a bust length frontal portrait of a young lady on blue background (frame dimension 5 1/2 x 4 1/2 in), the second of a woman in profile with lace cap and collar, pen inscribed to verso (5 x 3 3/4 in.). Each presented in similar ebonized wood and brass frames.
