Circa 1670, copperplate engraving with hand color, depicts Bermuda divided among the landowners listed beneath the map; the arms of England and Bermuda are shown in the upper left corner; the title cartouche is dominated by Neptune; the scale of miles depicts Englishmen and natives surveying the land. Presented behind mat in gilt wooden frame.

Frame dimensions 20 x 22-1/2 in.

Invoice is included that shows the map was acquired in 1990 from New York City dealer W. Graham Arader III.

Overall browning with some small random spots; good condition.
