From the Collection of Francine & Benson Pilloff, Chapel Hill, North Carolina A good early example; the chemicals used in producing Levin's red glass caused him to become ill to the point where he stopped using the color altogether.
Levin is a former resident of Penland School of Craft, and is internationally known for his glass.
