This desk was designed by a team of designers from Alcoa, GF Studios and Reynolds expressly for the Reynolds Metals Headquarters in Richmond, Virginia. The building was designed by Gordon Bunshaft of Skidmore, Owings and Merrill and is currently listed in the National Register of Historic Places. Bunshaft was a leading proponent of the International style of architecture.

Top with all over staining and dry surface; leather with some staining, scratches and tear near the receptacle hole; the right bottom file drawer is slightly askew and with an abrasion to the front.
