19th century, porcelain charger hand painted with an iron red dragon in the imperial frontal facing position, five claws, flying amidst colorful clouds and a flaming pearl to the center, thick band around the rim with colorful diaper pattern and Buddhist treasure motifs in shaped reserves, underside with apocryphal four character Qianlong mark in iron red.
