A Chinese Longquan Celadon Vase

Ming dynasty (1368-1644), baluster form vase carved on sides with lotus sprays, vertical ribs encircle the base, with light celadon glaze and unglazed foot, comes together with finely carved cloud and ruyi motif wooden base.

Height 8 3/4 in., Vase only 6 3/4 in.

Neck has been cut down and has rough rim edge; crack and repair at neck rim.
