Antique English Mahogany Bow-Front Stick Barometer

Mid-19th century, flat-to-the-wall form, with stepped flush pediment and brass ring finial, engraved brass register plate with vernier scale and alcohol thermometer behind a hinged glass case, bow-front shaft conceals the mercury tube terminating behind a lower chamfered and hinged cistern, unsigned.
