New England Chippendale Reverse Serpentine Cherry Chest of Drawers

Probably Connecticut, late 18th century, white pine secondary, dovetailed case, two board molded top, four graduated conforming drawers with molded horizontal stiles, applied conforming molding at base, dovetailed distinctive ogee bracket feet.

Light staining and several small patches to top; top reset; later drawer guides and runners; some drawer secondary rebuilt; later back boards; one drawer runner is later and loose; feet appear old and original but have old repairs and the left rear has been tipped the lower two inches.
