A Fine George III Mahogany Bachelor's Chest

Late 18th century, mahogany veneer, pine and oak secondary, rectangular top with bread board ends and applied molded edge, pull-out dressing slide, the case with four graduated cock beaded drawers, full dust boards, shaped bracket feet.

Top with tight shrinkage crack; later pulls in original holes; some drawer runners rebuilt; two shrinkage splits to back board.
