A Romanticized Carved Alabaster Sculpture of an Egyptian Queen

Late 19th century, unsigned, likely Italian, the queen is depicted standing and dressed in cuirass over a long skirt and wearing a vulture crown, one arm rests atop an unusual model of a sphinx, mounted to a conforming marble plinth.
