Industry and Idleness, engraving on paper, 1747, printed later (late 19th / early 20th century); the second: Frontispiece to
Clubbe's Physiognomy (or the Weighing House), printed 19th century or later; each in partial giltwood frame;
Frame dimensions 8 3/4 x 9 3/4 in. (the second and slightly larger)
The Estate of the late Frank Daniels, Jr. and his wife Julia Jones Daniels, Raleigh, North Carolina. A portion of the sale proceeds will be donated to the North Carolina Museum of History Foundation The first with moisture stain, few spots, and some light toning; the second in overall good condition with few spots; not examined out of frames.
