Royall Jr., Richmond, Virginia Talented sculptor Marc Sijan is well-known for his hyper-realistic figural sculptures, so convincing in detail they that have the ability to fool observers into believing what stands before them is an actual person. Sijan earned a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater and an advanced degree from University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. His hyper-realistic sculptures have been featured in over 60 one-man museum exhibitions, with works included in galleries, museums and special exhibits all over the world, including the Smithsonian Museum of Modern Art in Washington, D.C; the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art; the New Britain Museum of American Art, Connecticut; the Philadelphia Museum of Modern Art; and the Milwaukee Art Museum. Marc lives and works in the Milwaukee area.
