Mixed Group of Circulated 20th Century Silver Coinage

To include: one Barber Half; (11) Walking Liberty halves; (25) Franklin halves; two (2) 1964 Kennedy halves; a Canadian silver alloy quarter.

These coins are from a gold and silver hoard that was recently found in a homemade wooden box sealed with an outer layer of wax. The coins had been stored for over forty years in lidded glass jars placed within the box. Atmospheric contaminants and moisture defied storage precautions, giving many of the silver coins mottled green or rust-colored surfaces.
