Early Eastern Shore Virginia Curlew

Eastern Shore Virginia, circa 1910, carved and painted wood, hard wood inserted bill.

Length 13.25 in.

Very attractive olive green surface has a nice patina, body is .75 in. thick.

Original paint with light gunning wear, bill may be a replacement as it is not splined to the back of the head.
