Two Chinese Paktong Ink Boxes

Early 20th century, includes two square lidded boxes, the first incised with tiny Chinese characters in geometric formations, copper lined interior and base, base stamped with two character mark, and the second incised with larger calligraphy script, copper lined interior and base.

Each 1 3/4 x 5 x 5 in.

One with loose interior; both with rubbing, wear, and loss to interior from use; some minor surface pushes and loss at edges.
