Charlie Perry decoys are some of the better made decoys from Kitty Hawk. He market hunted with his brother until 1918 and then guided for sportsmen for many years. This rare ruddy was used in his market hunting operation. New York City restaurants were known to pay a dollar per ruddy at the time.
