From the Estate of the late Earl and Fran Senger, Greensboro, North Carolina The double gourd form appeared during the Ming dynasty, although a painted design was used rather than a contrasting glaze.
Good condition; original firing imperfections including a stress line around the foot of the vase with deeper color dip.
