Serial number 52817 found left side of hammer, 31.25 in. blued barrel with adjustable sight, lock marked US SPRINGFIELD, top of receiver marked US Model 1884, walnut stock with inspector's cartouche dated 1891 and marked "SWP" on the left side, original metal butt plate.

Overall length 52 in.
