Dale Nichols is best known for his precisely delineated rural landscapes of Nebraska depicted in flat and highly saturated colors. However, in 1960, he moved to Antigua, Guatemala and married a woman from the area. They remained there, for many years, even giving Norman Rockwell a tour when he visited in 1972.
Some toning to fabric; rubbing to frame.
