19th century, possibly a youth form, all over relief carving with mythological creatures, tavern scenes and foliate motifs, slant front dlid, divided and drawered interior with sliding storage compartment, two lower shelves on shaped bracket feet.

Dry surface with rubbing to the raised areas; hinge repair to lid; later pulls; break and repairs to foot facings with later block supports.
