Unmarked, late 19th century, one part form, rectangular top with later inset leather writing surface, three side-by-side drawers, open knee-hole with convex walls, each side cabinet hinged and rotating to reveal an open divided interior to the right and a divided interior to the left with (24) file drawers, finished on all sides including panels and incised lines.
