Late 19th century, porcelain vases hand painted in underglaze blue with a mother and baby foo lions surrounded by decorative fire bands, reverse side with inscription, drilled and set as lamps with a single light fixture each, with blue stone finials, come together with lampshades.

Private Collection, Williamsburg, Virginia Hairline crack and restoration at rim of one vase, an area of kiln grit defect to side; some discoloration to glaze crackle on other vase; both vases drilled for lamp fitting; vases not examined outside of the mounts.
