Sangita Phadke is a self-taught artist from Colts Neck, New Jersey. Designated a "Master Pastelist" by the Pastel Society of America, her paintings have been in numerous exhibits and collections including the San Diego Art Institute, the Butler Institute of American Art, and The National Arts Center in Taipei.

Good estate condition; not examined out of the frame.
