This is a very fine bamboo rod originally made by Gene Edwards under Horton Manufacturing in Bristol, Connecticut that owned at the time W.E. Edwards and Sons from 1931 to 1941. The F-18 series of rods was the top of the line of their bamboo rods and were made exclusively by Gene Edwards. This is a rare rod to come to auction as it is sought after by many collectors. Here is a chance to own a piece of bamboo history.
