New York, circa 1848-1851, with Arm and Hammer, "New York" in a rectangle, and illegible tree or portrait in an oval pseudo hallmarks attrubted to the maker Cann & Dunn (active 1848–1854), floral motifs and unusual sea grass decoration to shoulder, a flared rim, and a stepped domed foot with reeded edges, engraved "C. E. Murfey" in script to center.
