Finely cast in sections, the tallest early 19th century, with Empire palmette relief designs and reeded decoration (12 5/8 in.); two pairs of Louis XVI candlesticks, late 18th century, each cast with foliate motif, fluted column, and beaded band decoration, with detachable nozzles (11 1/8 in. and 9 1/4 in.); all unmarked.
From the Estate of the late International Interior Designer Terry Parsons, Pittsboro, North Carolina Age-appropriate overall wear, some rubbing to ormolu, and wax debris from use; Empire form with light nicks on base; larger pair with light edge nicks, minor verdigris, and one with loss to lower nozzle and base with denting to well; one candlestick in the smaller pair with column canted and base edge with dent, missing bobeche.
