Late 20th century, percussion, 37-1/8 in. octagonal barrel with approximately .42 caliber bore, signed R.ITH on top flat behind fixed rear sight; walnut stock and ramrod; lock plate stamped Henry Elwell; fitted with brass trigger guard, butt plate, nose cap and ramrod pipes.
