A Japanese Ichimatsu Boy Doll

Late 19th or early 20th century, hand-painted plaster and applied hair, finely crafted with original textile garment and a papier mache hat, affixed to a wooden stand and presented in a plexiglass case, numbered to underside.

Doll 15 in. DOA 15 1/4 x 11 1/8 x 7 in.

Scattered losses to paint on face; some flaking to garment, minor wear and degradation to textiles; some rubbing and possible buckling to papier mache hat.
