Pair of Venetian Rococo Giltwood Mirrors

18th century, gesso and gilt wood, a shaped rectangular tapered mirrored glass with a reeded and molded frame, surmounted by a carved scrolling shell and floral pediment and ears, and terminating in a figural mask motif.

Each 32 x 19 in.

Both having glass loose in frame, each with age cracking, scattered losses to decoration, and areas of restoration; one with more extensive desilvering to glass.
