The first, a large serving spoon, mark of Carrington & Co. (John Bodman Carrington), London (1897), pointed fins, tipt end, and armorial monogram to handle (12 in.); the second, a gravy ladle, mark of Chawner & Co. (George William Adams), London (1850), tipt end and pointed fins, without a monogram (7 1/4 in.).
