Shoko Ohta (Japanese, b. 1930), A Set of Teapot and Eight Tea Bowls

Late 20th century, includes a teapot and eight covered tea bowls, porcelain hand painted in underglaze bamboo with Asian botanicals and flora of the four seasons including bamboo, morning glories, wisteria, cherry blossoms, and pine, each with artist's mark to the underside, a lovely set.
