French Louis XVI Style Giltwood Wall Mirror

Late 19th century, featuring a rectangular beveled glass mirror encased by a conforming paneled surround having cartouche motifs at each joint, within a giltwood and composition frame with acanthus leaf decoration, rocailles corners, surmounted by a pediment comprised of an artist's palette, column, and scroll.
