The Narrows Island Club was the second most prestigious hunting club in Currituck County, second only to the Currituck Shooting Club. Narrows Island Club merged with Currituck Shooting Club in 1940 and ceased to exist. The root head style swans from Narrows Island Club are rare and iconic.
