Groningen or Schoonhoven, circa late 19th or early 20th century, with pseudo hallmarks of Epky Hoytes of Amsterdam and Bolswar, a lion rampant facing right, and a "C", XRF tests .900 silver, footed with repousse scrolled decoration, reticulated figural double handles, without a monogram.
