Vintage Pair of Louis XV Style Carved and Painted Fauteuil

Early 20th century, carved and painted wood frames with parcel gilt highlights, finely upholstered in alternating back fabrics, serpentine seat on cabriole legs.

Later upholstery in good condition; the painted frames with expected wear and paint loss; some chipping to the floral carved crest rails; one rear leg with a shallow hairline crack (appears stable).
