From the Collection of Professor Roberto Severino, Washington, D.C. General wear to boards with rubbed corners, wear to head and tail with small losses, cracking and separation at joints with light cracking at hinges, bindings still sturdy overall; internal toning and light foxing, staining at endpapers likely from binder's glue, several pages with minor losses at margins not impacting text. A good, solid set of this autobiography of 17th-century intellectual, lawyer, and political figure.
