William IV Mahogany and Burl Wood Leather Top Drum Table

Circa 1840, burl wood veneer, deal secondary, two part form, circular top with inset brownish-red leather surface, two flush drawers, fluted standard on four molded and down-swept legs with whorl feet.

29 x 27 in. diameter

Later leather top with surface crazing; top lacking the wooden "key" to secure it to the base; some later screws to underside medial board.
