The book is inscribed to Reneé and "Robbie" Robinson on the occasion of a dinner they hosted for Jamsheed Marker, former Pakistan Ambassador to the United States, and his wife. (Very good in fair to good jacket; jacket scuffed, foxed, with several small tears.)
