Sam "The Dot Man" McMillan (NC, 1926-2018), Folk Art Watering Can and Lidded Box

First, a vintage metal can painted allover with dots, animals, insects, and flowers with figural heads, signed "SAM" to lower edge (11 x 15 x 10 in.); and a lidded box with allover dot decoration at the sides and a giraffe to the lid, signed "SAM" to lid (6 x 9 in.).


Can with allover paint flaking, box in good estate condition with light wear and grime.
