Circa 1980, carved and painted wood to include, bluebill marked MADE BY KEN HARRIS WOODVILLE, N.Y. on bottom, flying canvasback incised MH on bottom and ornament fixture on back, flying bluewing teal marked MH on bottom and ornament fixture on back.
